Gowns at half the couture price or less.Much as I would love to keep hundreds of sample gowns and tutus in the studio for commissioning clients to experiment with, I'm afraid there simply is not the space! We constantly need room for new designs and run the risk of nowhere to display them! Therefore, several studio sample gowns and prototypes have been dramatically reduced in price to make room for new collections. Unless otherwise stated, these samples have been made to fit a size 10/12 display stand and will fit someone with measurements of:
bust:33"-36", true waist:26"-28", upper hip:31"-33", lower hip:34"-37",
upper arm:9"-11", forearm: 9"-10", upperarm length:22"-ish, underarm length:19-ish", length from true waist to hem approx. 44" (will fit 5', with some reduction, up to 5'5"). Some additional photos are available if there is no web-page. Please ask if you would like to see more.
Lower hip measurements are taken with the tape-measure around the widest part of the hips. Any exceptions to this will be indicated.

These gowns are in very good or perfect condition. Sometimes a size 10/12 sample gown has appealed to several larger clients to order from, but has in fact never actually been tried on. Others have only been worn for photos. If in doubt they will have been dry-cleaned. I'm afraid we do not have time to deal with frequent and intensive email queries. The samples are basically, "sold as seen" and are always representative of Rossetti quality. We could offer appointments to try multiple items on, but the individual price would then have to rise and the near perfect quality of the garment would eventually be lost if a client is indecisive!
